Question

I have been using the app on my phone and it's good.

I was just given an IPAD, installed the app but can't get in.

I get the following message,

"If you've just created an account, we need a little more time to set it up. Try signing in again in a few minutes"

Ah, sorry to hear that! Try entering "Talk to a human" and you'll get referred directly to our team. ☺️&nbsp;

If that doesn't work, try these steps:&nbsp;

Click this link: https://www.myob.com/au/support/solo/sign-in-to-solo
Click the purple speech bubble in the bottom-left corner.
Choose "Solo by MYOB". Share your name and email (please double check it's spelled correctly)
For Client ID and Business Name, just pop&nbsp;'N/A' in those fields – we'll worry about those later
