Opening multiple windows - AccountRight

Hi,

 

I've noticed with the most recent update I can no longer have multiple windows open (Find Transactions and Card list for example). This is very frustrating and a massive downgrade, why does MYOB keep taking our features away? Very frustrated!

  • Just had a chat with MYOB - 

    Hi, thank you for your patience, as of the moment upon checking with resources and high support, there is no issues yet, possibly this is an isolated case. But I would like to check first on yours, is it okay if we clear out AccountRight cache? kindly search for Run on the search bar on windows, then type in %localappdata%/myob > open up AccountRight Folder then Current Folder then Cache Folder, kindly empty out the Cache Folder please

     

    and the above worked for me.
