Can't close AR on PC
I somehow decided to use the menu File/open to open a file. It asked me to backup and open the other company file. I logged in and work as normal. At the end I am stuck with a library browser screen and a command centre screen. I can't close the command centre screen but clicke the X on the top right or using alt-F4 When I click on the menu or the library browser, all I get is a warning ding and nothing happens. Eventually I couldn't back up or close. I have to use the task manager to terminate. A bit scary , hope I haven't lost data Screen shot attached. Any idea what is happening? regards BasilSolved105Views0likes2CommentsConverted to AccountRight Plus for use on a Mac...
via Parallels. Got Plus because using the online version is just way too slow. Now I'm finding that speed doesn't seem to be any different when using a local file. 5 seconds to open an item from the sales or purchases registers. Still have v19 - this runs like lightning on Parallels compared to Plus. Problem 2 for me: I can't get a seamless way to work offline. The 'work offline / file checkout' option isn't present in my version: AccountRight Standard NZ 2025.11.0 /2025.11.1.6, so the only option is to restore a local backup online when I finish using it; which obviously takes 10 minutes to process a 2MB file... I can't believe in 2026 usability of software is taking such a massive leap backwards. Are there any fixes here? (And don't even get me started on migrating custom forms!)200Views0likes11CommentsEdit Menu Greyed out since last update
I need to delete two sales that have been raised in error. There are no payments applied to these sales. I have administrator access on the MYOB file and I am the only person in the office who has access to delete things. The option to require transaction reversal is not ticked in the preferences menu. Since the last update my edit menu is greyed out and I can't delete anything. This is quite urgent. The MOCA thing is next to useless, and 45 minute wait time to chat to someone.186Views0likes8CommentsI cannot open sample file use latest myob

It opens up normally and I type in the login....email address it then takes ages and then goes back to select company file...then I go through the sign in and again it takes ages before bringing up the password page which is totally different....it is only doing this on my PC not happening on my laptop at home. I have attached a picture of the password page. it then takes ages to physically sign in....what is happening and how do I fix it?Solved1.6KViews0likes5CommentsIssues setting up emails to send through Outlook

Hi, I've noticed with the most recent update I can no longer have multiple windows open (Find Transactions and Card list for example). This is very frustrating and a massive downgrade, why does MYOB keep taking our features away? Very frustrated!Solved140Views3likes2Comments
