Hey ComeFixit so glad to hear that our team was able to resolve things for you.
For the rest of the community's benefit:Your accountant or bookkeeper is sent an invitation to access a secure site where they can view your Solo records (not through the Solo app). When they accept the invitation, they should be directed right to the secure site. They can also log onto the secure site via myob.com's login menu.
When you click to remove your accountant or bookkeeper from your Solo system, in addition to removing data access immediately, it triggers a little to-do item for our team. We take care of those requests pronto - but until we do, you'll get the message mentioned by our Solmate here.
