Inviting accountant
As we are changing accountants I was advised to invite the new accountant in the Myob business program.
I did an invitation but was unsure to do as adviser or user and did user. My accountant then did not accept the invitation but said to do it as adviser. I deleted the first invitation and the tried to re-do the invitation as an advisor. When I do it the system then says "this email has already been used. Please use another email". As this is the email my accountant uses for Myob I need to use this one but am now stuck and can not send an invitation.
Any help would be appreciated.

Since an invitation was already sent, the system has added the accountant to the list of users. Even though you've cancelled the invite, you'll also need to remove the user from the list before sending a new one as an Advisor. Once removed, you should be able to re-invite using the same email.
