P&L Reports ?

Heya .. When will we see the option to generate P&L reports for current financial quarter and current financial year ? Current options aren’t very useful. Cheers !

  • Hey dgray76!

Great question—and you're not alone in wanting more useful report options (because yeah, we totally get that the current ones are a bit… limited).

Here’s the good news: in Release 4, you’ll be able to run reports for this week, this month, this quarter—you choose. You're in control now. 🙌

We can't give you the exact drop date (just in case final testing throws us a curveball), but let’s just say… we’re talking days, not weeks 👀

Hang tight—your P&L dreams are about to come true! 💸

  • Hey again! Just circling back with the update — it’s live! You can now run P&L reports for:

    • This financial year
    • This month
    • Last month
    • This financial quarter
    • Last quarter
    • Last financial year.

All the good stuff, right where you need it. Go take it for a spin 💸

I noticed my asset purchases (equipment worth $6,700 ex-gst) are not showing as an expense in the P&L, why is that? (It is adding up in the GST calculation sheet)

Also noticed not showing in the quick view expenses chart, thought it should show as I have paid for the item.
