Sales category

I have a few side hustles outside of my full time work, so I want to set up multiple sales categories but when I want to create a new invoice, I couldn't find a way to put each invoice into a separated category. Am I missing something?

Is there a way to export PDF file from the app?

    Thanks for reaching out and for your patience while I got back to you. Let's get you set up with what we have so far and then I'd love to know if that works for you or if we can dial things in a little. 


    Custom categories
    I think custom categories are going to be your new best friend. Make a category for each hustle, then once categories are set, assign each invoice to the matching side hustle. You'll have a clear view of how much each hustle is bringing in.

    How to create a category:

    1. Go to More > Categories > All /categories in the app
    2. Tap the + button to create a new category
    3. Choose Income as the category type
    4. Name your category
    5. Tap Save and you're done!

    Do you want to customise Invoices
    Your question made me wonder if you needed custom logos or branding for each side hustle? Let me know, and I’ll pass it on to the team.


    Export as PDF

    Here’s how to export them as PDFs:

    1. Go to Money In and select the invoice
    2. Tap Preview Invoice to see it as a PDF
    3. Hit the Share button in the top right corner 
    4. Choose how you want to share it

    Do you want to bulk export, or export other data as a PDF?
