Setting up a customer

I’m trying to set up a customer and finding adding their contact mobile tricky - what’s correct format to add in? Thx

  • Hey TrishA_WA, I’m sorry you’ve run into this problem. There is an automatic check on phone numbers to make sure they’re valid (for example, not just 00000000), but any actual phone numbers should be okay to add in any way that you like.

    If it’s easier, you can copy and paste across phone numbers from your phone’s contact list. This can be helpful if you’ve got any special characters in there, like a + sign.

    Thanks for that - I did try a few ways, copy and reconfigured yesterday but will go again - the app appears down atm so will try a reboot and create a new contact.
