New Customer card - set default designation as Individual

I'm not the first person to ask this.

Is there any way at all to change the default customer card designation to Individual instead of Company.

I'm sure we aren't the only business that deals with more people than other businesses.

Is there any plan to implement this?

  • Thank you for just telling me what I already know.

You haven't answered the question, which is whether the default can be changed.

    Hi DanielleGW

    Thanks for your post.

Currently, when creating Customer Cards, AccountRight will always default the designation to Company. It would only default to Individual if the card type was selected as Employee or Personal type cards.

        Hi DanielleGW

Thanks for the update. Apologies for the delay in getting back to you.

You may try to change it in the customer card by going to Card file >> Cards List >> choose the Customer card >> then change the Designation to Individual >> Click OK.
