Hey Richardledda , the call centre pointed you in exactly the right direction — you’ve found the Community team at Solo. We’re here to support Solmates with using the app and managing their accounts.
I can see from your email address that you’re a New Zealand–based Solmate, and you’re right: the app isn’t currently available in NZ app stores.
To cancel your Solo sign-up, just log in to My Account and manage your products there. If you run into any issues, let us know and we’ll help you out.
