Could you snap us a screenshot of that “We are working on it so you can work less” message? That’ll help us get to the bottom of it for you.
In the meantime, to connect your bank accounts, you’ll need to use the setup wizard inside the app. Solo uses something called Open Banking to make the magic happen, so you shouldn't need a code.
FYI, Jay-Solo has also replied in the digital assistant with more info on what’s going on and why you might be having trouble using bank feeds.
