Hey sarahrobyn​ because account connections aren't a live feed (they refresh twice a day at approx. around 1am and 6pm), they can take a while to refresh. So you'll have to wait until after the next refresh for things to clean up.
If things don't clear up, we'd definitely love to have a further chat about it. In the Solo app, head to "More" and then "Chat with us" in the Solo app to raise a case with me and my team, and we'll do some further digging.
