I finally received a call from subscriptions saying my membership has been cancelled and it can take up to 60 days for my account to be deleted???? Funnily enough, they were unable to process my refund as they said it is a billing issue and will get someone to call me back. I am still waiting on that call over 9 hour later. Do better MYOB this level of service is disgusting.
