Why aren’t invoices showing up as income once paid?

I’m a little confused. When an invoice is paid and matched with the bank account, should it show up in the income list? I tried adding invoices manually but then it doubled the income in the total amount. Am I supposed to add the invoice as income when it’s paid and if so, how do I do that? Thanks

  • Hey there 2505,

Great question—and yep, once an invoice is marked as paid and matched with your bank account, it should automatically show up in your income list. You definitely shouldn't need to add it manually (and doing so could double up the total like you’re seeing).

Since this should be working, it looks like we need to dig a little deeper into what’s happening here.

The best way for us to do that is through the Digital Assistant in your Solo app—this lets our Community Leads take a closer look with you and work through it step by step.

You can find it by heading to More > Digital Assistant right from the app’s home screen. if you head there today you'll meet the awesome Han-Solo!

Thanks for flagging this—we’ll help get it sorted! 🙌

Hi Hilary, thanks for your reply. The issue is hopefully being resolved by a team member.

I have another question. Can you put less than an hour in an invoice? I’ve noticed it only allows for whole numbers, but I need to charge for half an hour sometimes.

    Thanks for your help :)

    You sure can 2505
Just enter the amount in decimals, and you should be sweet. Give it a try and let us know if you hit any snags!
