Why aren’t invoices showing up as income once paid?

I’m a little confused. When an invoice is paid and matched with the bank account, should it show up in the income list? I tried adding invoices manually but then it doubled the income in the total am...

Hi Hilary, thanks for your reply. The issue is hopefully being resolved by a team member. 

I have another question. Can you put less than an hour in an invoice? I’ve noticed it only allows for whole numbers, but I need to charge for half an hour sometimes.

Just enter the amount in decimals, and you should be sweet. Give it a try and let us know if you hit any snags!
