BankFeed data frequency - New Zealand

If you are a New Zealand business using the bankfeeds feature in your MYOB software, then this information is for you!

 

Bankfeed data may seem like it comes to your file inconsistently, and well, that might be true, depending on the bank you are with. They are not delivered every day!

Below is a table to help you understand when to expect your transaction data to update.

 

Please note, that days of the week reference the day that the data is delivered, but it will be the previous day/time periods transaction data.

• For example, 'Tues - Sat' delivery, is providing your transaction data for Mon - Fri
• Data delivery on Saturday is for Fridays transactions (and so on)

This also means, that for a majority of banks providing Tues - Sat updates, the data delivered on a Tuesday, includes your bank transactions from Saturday, Sunday and Monday.

 

Please also note, the time the data is sent to your file may change day to day.
We work hard to ensure that the data is sent as early as possible in the day, but there are variables at play such as what time we receive the data from the bank and how large the files are.
