BNZ Bank Feed Disruption
Hey all.
We are aware of an issue impacting customer's BNZ bank feeds. We have since identified and addressed the cause of the issue.
If you have encountered the message “Stopped by Institution”, you will need to reapply for the bank feeds through your MYOB file to restore the connection.
To check your bank feed status, click into Banking > Manage Bank Feeds. From there you will also be able to reapply for your bank feeds. Step by step instructions to do so can be found on this page.
