Delay 16/06/26 - ANZ (Australian customers)

Hi all, 

Please note that we have not received data for Australian customers with ANZ bank feeds.
We are following up to try and get this asap and have it distributed to customers files.

I will update here once we have more info.

    Hello, some updates for those commenting about CBA.

     

    Terri607​ & KathyGibbons​, feeds have been delivered now for you both

    Ki2​ , we weren't able to locate an account with an active bankfeed for you. Can you please send me a private message with your serial number and I can try to look into it further.

    We have found our issue was internally.  The were ticked in Set Up under Banking causing our bank feeds to approve automatically and not show in the bank feeds.  We have un-ticked them and will see if our Bank feeds are normal tomorrow.

    Hi All, no update for ANZ yet.

    Regarding CBA, although there is no official delay announcement yet, there are now 5 separate members who have mentioned this today on the Community Forum.
    I have provided your details through to the bankfeeds team so that they can look into this further.

    *To date they have not received any support tickets or notice of delays for CBA other than the messages here on the forum today

    We are also having issues with the CBA feeds not uploading this morning. They have also been extremely slow the last few weeks.

    We have been having issues with the Bank feeds all last week as well.  They have not been coming through for the full day only partially coming in.  CBA Bank

    I don't have an update on ANZ yet sorry.

    These are largely out of our control when the data has not been received by MYOB for us to then process and send to customers files.

    I am following up with the team whether there could be any problems with CBA though as well.
    There is no notification of delay right now, but there have been 3 comments on the forum from customers about CBA delays so there may be an issue.

    Mike do you have any update on this please as appears ANZ and Commonwealth Bank bank feeds are both not working?

    Commonwealth Bank bank feeds have not come through either. With EOFY, these things really need to be working at this crucial time of year.
