Delay 16/06/26 - ANZ (Australian customers)

Hi all, 

Please note that we have not received data for Australian customers with ANZ bank feeds.
We are following up to try and get this asap and have it distributed to customers files.

I will update here once we have more info.

  • I haven't received bank feed info from ANZ on one account since end Feb. Can you help!?

    Hi Terri607, I found the same thing. Suddenly the boxes were ticked and I wasn't seeing any bank feed or notifications. It looked like there was no bank feed as everything was automatically already approved (and in a different window i.e. the "Reconcile Accts" window. Like yoi, I also UN-TICKED the "auto approve bank transactions" and "auto-allocate MYOB transactions". I prefer to see the transactions in the Bank Feed and tick them off manually. It's very quick to tick them off. At least that way you can see what's happening. Maybe if we had 100s of transactions a day I'd feel differently lol.
