Delay 28/10 - ANZ (AU)

Hi all, 

We have not received data for our Australian customers that have bank feeds with ANZ.
We will be working to get this data and once received will distribute it to customers files as soon as possible.

    We also have no bank feeds from CBA since 28/10.  When will this be resolved???

    Hi everyone, 

     

    We’ve received an update from our Bank Feeds team that CBA data should go out by the end of today. Once it’s sent, you should start seeing new transactions, just refresh your bank feeds to pull them in. f nothing shows up by tomorrow morning, reach out to our team and we’ll help check it out for you. Thanks for your patience while we get this sorted.

    I still have no ANZ Bank Feed information after 28/10/25 for either of my two AccountRight subscriptions

    Good morning seqtt​ - I recommend reaching out to our support team on this one.
    We have no ongoing delays for any banks at the moment so there may be an issue specific to your file.
    If you head to myaccount.myob.com and login, you will have the option to create a case to support to have this investigated for you.
