Moving from Bank feeds to Open banking

Mike_MYOB​ Is this why my Bank rules no longer work? Every time MYOB does an update something goes wrong!!! I've never had a problem before now but they have stopped working since I used it last which was 2 days ago.

Hi TC1808​ , sorry to hear that your bank rules stopped working. Open banking has been an option for multiple months now, so this won't have had an impact on your bank rules. You'll need to get in touch with our support team if this is still a problem (start with the basics, close and re-open to software, clear cache) 

I have moved to Opening banking but NO transactions have come through yet (2 Days) and the accounts dont show on the dash board ????

Recommend clicking into Banking > Banking hub to check the status of your bank feed. If it's active, please check this list to confirm the frequency your bank sends bank feeds to the file. You'll need to get in touch with the support team via your My Account dashboard if your bank feed reflects as active and no transactions are coming in. 

Would this be why ALL my previous Bank reconciliations are all out, and have different balances to those that I have already reconciled???? I can't untick matched transactions - that are not showing on the bank statement! This is a nightmare. Already reconciled and completed BAS, I cant get the current BAS reconcilied until I go and undo whatever your so called "smart" matching has done. So much time wasted.

Hi emmacc​ , no open banking is a essentially a new replacement for bank feeds. Customers need to make the move from bank feeds to open banking themselves following the steps outlined in my post.

There are no automatic changes to customers as a result of this new capability

Any plans to add this to the desktop version, which according to previous posts is still supposed to be supported and developed?
