GST Return Report Error

Hi,   I am trying to create the GST Return Report for the April - June Qtr but as we report PAYG Withholding on a monthly basis, I would like to select the option for Monthly PAYG Withholding and it ...

I just had this problem and after I clicked on teh Rest button (far right) it allowed the Monthly option.
