My business is not showing

recently renewed my BYOB business account so I can send tax summaries. 

 

however the page says can not find business. 

 

I really need help as I have people complaining about their tax summaries not being sent.

    This post appears to be about our MYOB Business product.  As such I've moved which forum it's in so so other users will be able to find it and reply.

    Hi Byss,

     

    I see you're having trouble with your recently renewed MYOB business account. No stress, I've made a few adjustments to your file. When you log in next, your business name should show up without a hitch. If the issue persists, you may need to visit help sites like myob.com/support or myaccount.myob.com to find MOCA, our virtual assistant. If MOCA can't help, you'll be automatically directed to our live chat team.

    Hello! Was this issue resolved? I'm having the same problem. MOCA has frozen & won't connect me with a live person to resolve the issue. Thanks in advance 😊

    Hi JodieW-CGH,

     

    There are many possible reasons why your file may not appear in the My Businesses window. Since every instance is unique, it might be best to reach out to support for help. If you are unable to reach the live chat via MOCA, you can create a support ticket from the MyAccount window.
