Parent Header for "Other Expenses"
I am trying to set up a Suspense Account under "Other Expenses". I am unable to create any accounts under either "Other Expenses" or "Other Income" without inputting a "Parent Header". There doesn't...

SOLUTION:
I didn't see this posted anywhere else and just fell into the answer.
ONLY CREATE New Chart of accounts under expenses, not other expenses. Then it works. And from there, you still get to code it in a way that feels 'other' just by giving it a name and or assigning a header.
MYOB: suggest you add a help/tip icon on the OTHER Expenses Section to avoid the frustration of seeing a drop down menu that doesn't respond.
New users are especially likely to experience this problem too (we are creating a bunch of new accounts)
