Thanks for sending through the screenshot, and I’m sorry you’ve had trouble getting in.
There was an issue on 9 June that caused this error for some customers, but that has now been resolved. If you’re still seeing it, you’ll need to contact support so they can check your file and login access properly.
I understand you’ve also got other issues going on, but this type of access problem does need to be looked at case by case. You can either raise a ticket through My Account or chat with our team through MOCA.
