I actually need a PDF to QIF convertor. When I have contacted the MYOB help desk I was advised there is software which can convert our statements. I have not been able to locate one and unfortunately I have had long waits trying to access MYOB technical support via phone so am now trying this platform to seek assistance.
Thankyou again for your assistance
Regards
Faye

Hi Faye2,
Thanks for reaching out and my apologies for the late response.
From an AccountRight perspective, importing a bank statement through the system requires an OFX, QFX, QIF, or OFC file format using the Import Statement feature. Notably, the AccountRight browser interface only accommodates the QIF file format.
Most banks support downloading statements in these file formats. However, if you only have a PDF format, a file converter would be necessary. As this falls outside the MYOB product suite, regrettably, we cannot provide support or assistance in this regard. Nonetheless, there are freely available converters online that could be utilized. We strongly advise consulting with an IT professional to ensure the security of any application or site you use for this purpose.
Once you've imported the bank statement file into AccountRight, if you require assistance, feel free to reach out. Additionally, our Help Article titled "Importing a bank statement" serves as a helpful starting point for guidance.
Regards,
Earl
