I appreciate your detailed input. You’re not the only one, that NAB bank feed issue last week did cause old transactions to be resent, and we’re aware some files are still showing an Out of balance even after the duplicate/old feed lines have been removed. Hi - I appreciate the reply.
No where on any of the MYOB updates does it say that the Out of Balance will still be out once the transactions were removed.
Instead it says the issue was resolved which is in fact not the case.
It can be very frustrating when looking for info / updates on "glitches".
Could you please update your status report to say the Out of Balance will / may still be affected - as I can not be the only person with the issue.
