I appreciate your detailed input. You’re not the only one, that NAB bank feed issue last week did cause old transactions to be resent, and we’re aware some files are still showing an Out of balance even after the duplicate/old feed lines have been removed. Hi - is there any end date on this fix as my bank feeds which used to balance every day when I did my daily reconciliations has now been out for weeks due to your unsolved "glitch".
And I have submitted THREE x tickets - no answer to any of them - and we are supposed to be on "PRIORITY" service.
All in all - not impressed at all....
