Sorry to hear about the challenges you are experiencing, especially after trying to call MYOB and not getting a productive outcome. If CBA shows as connected but the bank feed and balance are showing N/A, it usually means the setup hasn’t fully finished in MYOB yet. Please go to Banking > Banking hub and make sure the CBA account is linked to the correct MYOB category, as the feed won’t start until that link is complete. Since you’re moving from People’s Choice to CBA, you’ll need to cancel the old feed and set up the new one again. If it was connected through Open Banking, it usually completes within minutes. Otherwise it can take 24 hours to a couple of days, or up to 1–2 weeks if a form is required.
