Bank rec - out of balance value cannot be located.

Hi, I was catching up on my bank statements until a month of Oct/Nov 23 where I was out of balance therefore could not reconcile yet all transactions and closing balance entered were correct.  I work...

    Hi MALSKim,

     

    Based on what you described, it sounds like some transactions might be hidden from the reconcile accounts window. You can follow the steps in this thread to reveal any hidden transactions and try reconciling your accounts again.

This can be quite tricky sometimes. You can see this help page that will assist you in checking where the out-of-balance occurred: Reconciling your bank accounts. If the issue persists, make sure to reach out to our support team directly. You can reach them on Live Chat via our virtual assistant at MYOB Support or by submitting a support case via MYOB My Account.

Thanks Earl_HD . I have tried the help page by undoing the previous reconciliations without success locating the issue. I will try the support service.

      Thank you Genreve_S. l used the thread you recommended and my bank rec is now spot on for each month so I am up to date.
