Unable to reconcile transactions

There are transactions that appear in the General ledger. These transactions have not been reconciled. However, when I go to the reconciliation screen, the transactions do not appear and hence I cannot recconcile them.

    Thanks for reaching out and welcome to Community Forum. 

     

    I understand how important reconciling the account with complete transactions is. There are a couple of reasons why they might not appear on the reconcile accounts window. I would recommend 1st checking if these transactions are going right account. We could open the transactions in question and then click Edit > Recap Transaction to see if the transactions have gone to the right account. If all is correct, I would recommend doing a future-dated reconciliation by following these instructions. 

    1. Open Banking > Reconcile Accounts > Choose Account.
    2.  Input Bank Statement Date 31/12/9998
    3. Copy Calculated Statement Balance to Closing Statement Balance form box. 
    4. Click Reconcile. 
    5. Undo reconciliation. 

    Following these steps would show any missing transactions inside the reconcile accounts window.
