There is another issue that i have been facing - that i do not have access to the bankfeed section to add accounts?
this has been ongoing for one month - it states that i do not have the rights to access this - but i am the owner of the busienss with the highest level of access rights.
as such we now are getting in to end of Qtr closing, BAS lodgetments etc and its moving beyond a "annying issue" to a compliance issue.
the support from the team is a blanket - we are working on it.... every day for 1 month
clearly there the bank hub feature has many bugs - can you be more proative on expecations on a fix?
