Disconnection of Bank Feeds - Banking Hub updates

Hi all, a clients bank feed appeared to have stopped for the past week. Unusual for them, so I go into the Banking Hub to then find I need to "update" the bank account details - ie. adding type of account and the bank name. No warning that I could see when I logged into MYOB about the bank feed issue - has anyone else experienced this?

So now, I've "updated" the bank information - the bank feed has not updated the transactions for the past week!

How do I get the bank feed transactions for the past week? Other than logging into the old Desktop version and requesting the bank statement manually? TIA

    This is indeed unusual. If the transactions are present at your bank and the feed is active, there might be a processing delay. What I'd recommend is to reach out to our team directly so they can take a look at this for you.
