Can we use NAB as our BPAY provider instead of MYOB's BPAY offering?

Hi. We want to utilise BPAY via the NAB as MYOB's 1.8% fee (of the total invoice value) is excessive. NAB's fee is a flat 88 cents (incl. GST). On a $100,000 invoice this equates to 88 cents versus...

I too would like to see this option. I want to apply for a Bpay service through Commbank. But if I can’t enter the my own BPay credentials in the invoice, there’s no point in me arguing for the facility.

    Hi. Just letting you know that after much perseverance with MYOB we were able to invoice clients with our own NAB BPay offering. NAB supply us with the CRN's and from memory I cannot recall how MYOB enabled it at their end. Keep persisting and do not take no for an answer.
