Super payment refunded into bank account. No information provided.
A super payment for an employee was refunded into the bank account.
However, no information was provided to clarify why the payment was not accepted.
Is there a way to get this information so that the payment does not get rejected again?
MYOB did not send an email about it.

If this contribution has been refunded by the fund, you/the employee would need to speak with that fund to see why it has been returned. Were there details on the bank transaction on where the refund came from?
