Can we use NAB as our BPAY provider instead of MYOB's BPAY offering?

Hi. We want to utilise BPAY via the NAB as MYOB's 1.8% fee (of the total invoice value) is excessive. NAB's fee is a flat 88 cents (incl. GST). On a $100,000 invoice this equates to 88 cents versus...

It took about 6 months from start to finish, but we finally found a MYOB technical specialist to help amend our company generated invoice template. 


The NAB then supplied us upfront with 200 of their own generated CRNs, which we manually enter into MYOB as we go. We don't have thousands of clients so very manageable process. 

 

I would have to speak with our internal accountant to know exactly how it was done (we did this back in 2024), but it was a joint effort between us and the NAB with MYOB.
