Cannot remove unallocated transactions.

I have found that I cannot remove unallocated transactions from the bank feed in this awful software. My client has hundreds of old transactions as they manually entered the ones that MYOB couldn't...

    Hey PK1111 

    Our team will be able to remove full-day batches of bank feed transactions, not individual ones as long as they're unallocated or unmatched.

    You'll need to raise a case from your My Account dashboard for this to be actioned, make sure you confirm the bank feed and date range you'd like the transactions removed for. Feel free to reach out if you have any more questions!
