Customer deposit not showing in bank account.

Hello, I have two customers who paid invoices on 15 January. Both paid with credit cards as I was notified by email from myob. It is now 8 days later and the money is still not showing in my account....

    It's best to reach out to the financial services team as they can help you find where the missing payment went.
