Customers paid using PayPal, We Did Not Get The Money.

We have two different customers paid using PayPal a week ago. We still did not get any money. Any chance It could be stuck somewhere? Thank you

    Hi Oceanwave,

     

    For payments made that weren't able to receive on your bank accounts, you can submit a support case via My Account.
