I'm well aware of the mechanics of how to add a bank feed. I can go through the procedure unti I'm blue in the face, a previously cancelld bankfeed of an account no longer in use is blocking a new one from being added. I was just about to get to the bottom of this with one your tech support person "Mandy" via email when the case was closed by someone called "Donna" also via email and no further correspondence was entered into.
All of this was mentioned in case #01527828 including the case number that was closed on me...
But thank you for the tip on how to add more bank feeds!
