How to turn off auto-match / auto-reconciliation of bank feeds due to function's unreliability?

Hi could you advise please?   because over 50% of auto-rec is done wrongly.  Your auto-match function is very unreliable.   auto-match disabled, however, it's still working.

Hi talinga,

 

I totally get where you're coming from. It can be a bit annoying when those auto matches don't quite hit the mark. Since you're using AccountRight, you can also try deselecting the "Automatically categorise bank transactions using bank account rules" option. That usually helps keep things from matching up on their own. If it's still doing its own thing after that, best to jump onto our live chat support through our virtual assistant, MOCA, or submit a case via My Account so the team can take a closer look for you.
