Importing Bank Transaction - Pending Transactions

I'd suggest checking with your bank if there's an option to produce a bank statement file without the pending transactions included, so you can import transactions the same as before. 

If applicable, you may also consider signing up Bank Feeds for this bank account, which would bring in transactions automatically and does not cause duplication.
