Online payment settlement date different to statement date

Hi All My settlement date on the online report is different to my statement date.  Can I change the settlement date to match my statement so the account can be reconciled correctly.

    Hi ADELBY, 

     

    Thanks for posting your concern in the forum.

     

    I understand how correcting the dates can make matching these transactions easier. Currently, there is no way to edit the dates of the recorded transactions. Instead, the only option is to recreate the payments to correct the dates. I believe the transactions can be matched regardless of the dates. 

     

    I recommend reading through the "Reconciling Customer Payments" part of this article.
