I appreciate you trying to assist me and the suggestion and will try this for future transactions. However, I have other invoice recurring transactions (that were also set up in AccountRight and transitioned across) that do not automatically record each month as you can see in the screenshot below as they are overdue by xxx days. My point was that some were auto recording and I did not have the same functionality as AR to edit the auto record feature.
I have been told by MYOB support, there is no way to correct the error so I am having to delete my recurring transactions.
My original post was to make Online Business have the same functionality as AR if sales people were encouraging you to transition across.
I understand your concern about the recurring transactions that were set up in AccountRight and transitioned to MYOB Business, which are not automatically recording each month. Currently, MYOB Business doesn't have the same functionality as AccountRight, especially for editing transactions that were created in AccountRight. However, our team is working on enhancing MYOB Business to match AccountRight's capabilities. In the meantime, the workaround would be to recreate the recurring transactions in MYOB Business and set up their frequency schedule.
