Thanks for reaching out.
My understanding is that these transactions were already matched or allocated under the bank transaction window but aren't appearing inside the reconcile account screen. For me to check on this please send me a private message containing the following:
- Serial number
- Full name and email address
- Company name
- Last 4 digits of the bank account.
If my understanding is incorrect, let us know more about the issue. Also, if you have any other questions or concerns feel free to include them in your next response.
