Uploading Qantas CC to Reconcile

Hi there, I have a new Qantas CC and need to reconcile through MYOB Business. Bank Feeds doesn't allow the account to be connected so I have to do it manually. I need to change the format of the statement from PDF to OFX and then upload it to reconcile. I can't see where and how to do this. Does anyone have any idea?? Thanks in advance.

    Thanks Shella,

    I was able to convert the statement from PDF to OFX via Docu Clipper and work my way through the Banking Hub in MYOB.

    Hi rowans,

     

    The whole converting a PDF to OFX can be a bit tricky. As MYOB doesn’t have specific steps for that process, best bet would be to have a chat with your IT personnel they might be able to sort it out for you or point you in the right direction tech-wise. Hoping there’s someone here in the forum who comes across a similar situation with their Qantas CC and can share the proper steps or even a tool they’ve used to do the conversion.
