Cant search parts or items

lots of these error messages coming up and i cant search items in stock.

cant fill out an invoice. cant take payment.

    I've ran some scripts on the back end over your file, are you able to see if you are still experiencing the same issue?

    Hi Jimbob360 

     

    Thanks for your post. Last week we had an outage impacting some customers who were using Inventory. This should have been restored now. If you are still experiencing this issue, could you please clear the browser cache or try using a different browser? If this doesn't resolve it, let me know the last 4 digits of your serial number and I will be able to investigate this further.

      The error still occurs.

      Last 5 of my serial are 65402.

      Please fix this. I have end of month invoices I need to send out. 

      I can't add parts to the invoices and I can't enter bills.

        Hi Jimbob360 

        Are you getting the error when you are searching for items when creating an invoice?, do you get the same error when you are searching for items for when creating a bill, quote and/or Purchase orders?
