i want to edit the buying price of an item.
Error message:
'I sell this item' cannot be edited when an item has been used in a transaction.
I do not use inventory and it is not ticked as such.
Have never had this problem before????

Generally, the error "I sell this item' cannot be edited when an item has been used in a transaction" appears if you remove the check mark on the "I sell this item" button. I recommend reopening the window and making sure you only edit the buying prices.
