There are a few reasons why the journal might not be reversing as expected. If the transaction date falls within a locked period, you may not be able to reverse it. Please check if the accounting period for December 2024 is locked or if the date falls within a closed financial period. Lock a period has detailed guidance to assist you with this.
Ensure that you have the necessary permissions to reverse inventory adjustments in the system. It's possible that certain user roles or settings are preventing the reversal.
Sometimes, the reversal button may not work due to a temporary system error or glitch. It might help to restart MYOB or clear the cache. You can clear your AccountRight cache by following the steps here.
