this aggressive move to AI has sucked all the joy out of this part of my work. Plus it makes too many mistakes.

That’s a fair question. MYOB is accountable for how its AI is designed, developed, tested, monitored, updated and supported. AI can still get things wrong, so customers remain responsible for reviewing suggestions and checking any business, financial, tax or employment decisions before acting on them.
